What You'll Do:




Strategic Planning & Budgeting:


Lead the preparation, delivery, and submission of the 3-year Strategic Plan and annual budgets. Build cost planning templates for salaries, capacity, travel expenses, and departmental costs. Drive monthly forecasting, aligning assumptions with sales expectations and trading performance. Manage systems consolidation and uploads of plans and forecasts into HFM.

Financial Performance & Cash Management:


Own and validate all components of the P&L and balance sheet, including payroll, marketing spend, and distribution costs. Maintain a high-accuracy 13-week rolling cash forecast and recommend proactive actions to optimize liquidity. Track and report operational risks and opportunities for EBITDA and cash, partnering with leaders to unlock upside potential. Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Reporting Manager to ensure accuracy in month-end accounts.

Business Partnering & Executive Insights:


Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders, guiding and holding budget owners accountable. Prepare and present monthly review decks for senior leadership, including the Managing Director and Travelopia CFO. Serve as the primary liaison with Group Finance, delivering clear commentary and responding to queries on EBITDA and cash performance.

What You'll Bring:



CA, MBA, or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting (preferred). Proven experience in FP&A, business partnering, financial reporting, or corporate finance. Advanced Excel skills and strong data modeling capabilities. Experience with financial consolidation tools such as HFM or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills and experience working within global finance teams and complex reporting structures.
