Role Overview
We are seeking a
Coordinator - Financial Operations
who can bridge the worlds of
finance, operations, and sales
.
This role focuses on ensuring that
targets are clearly tracked, performance gaps are identified early, and operational and sales processes are continuously optimised
based on financial data.
This is not a traditional accounting role.
It is a dynamic, analytical, coordination-heavy position at the heart of IND's execution engine.
Key Responsibilities
A. Financial Tracking & Performance Monitoring
Track
actual vs target figures
across revenue, collections, and programme-level performance.
Maintain dashboards and trackers for monthly, quarterly, and cohort-based financial performance.
Analyse variances and identify root causes behind underperformance or inefficiencies.
B. Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with
Sales, Operations, and Business teams
to translate financial insights into execution changes.
Coordinate with Sales to improve
conversion efficiency, pricing effectiveness, and cash flow stability
.
Coordinate with Operations to ensure service delivery aligns with revenue objectives and cost controls.
C. Process Optimisation Support
Identify operational bottlenecks that affect financial outcomes (delays, inefficiencies, resource mismatches).
Support leadership in designing and refining workflows that improve
throughput, margins, and predictability
.
Assist in setting realistic performance benchmarks and financial targets.
D. Reporting & Decision Support
Prepare periodic performance reports for leadership.
Present clear financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
Flag risks early and propose corrective actions.
E. Financial Discipline & Compliance Support
Support billing, collections tracking, and coordination with accounts team.
Ensure documentation accuracy and financial process compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies
Working knowledge of
service-sector finance and performance metrics
Strong comfort with numbers, dashboards, trackers, and financial analysis
Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and basic financial reporting tools
Strong coordination and communication skills
High ownership mindset and execution discipline
Ability to connect financial data with real-world operational behavior
