to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing financial models to support decision-making processes, business planning, investments, and valuations. This role requires a deep understanding of finance, accounting, and valuation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex financial models for business forecasting, valuation, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Perform company and industry research to support financial analysis and valuation.
Conduct DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
Analyze financial statements and identify key trends and risks.
Prepare valuation reports and presentations for internal stakeholders or clients.
Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and ensure model accuracy.
Assist in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, or investment analysis as needed.
Monitor and evaluate performance against forecasts and provide insights to management.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
1-3 years of experience in financial modelling, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or similar.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of valuation methodologies such as DCF, comparables, and transaction comps.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Certification Research Analyst or Merchant Banking Required.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Financial Modelling & Valuation is advantageous.
Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and investment analysis.
Salary:
Compensation will be aligned with the previous salary.
