Job Title: Financial Modelling & Analysis Trainer (No Live Classes Only Pre-recorded Classes)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Modelling & Analysis (FM&A) Trainer to deliver industry-aligned, hands-on training to MBA students and working professionals. The role demands strong practical exposure, real-world modelling expertise, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into structured learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end training on financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis

Design and teach Excel-based financial models (3-statement models, forecasting, budgeting)

Train learners on valuation techniques (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions)

Conduct case-based learning using real corporate and project scenarios

Guide participants on financial analysis, ratio interpretation, and decision-making

Develop training materials, assignments, and practical assessments

Mentor learners for corporate readiness and placement preparation

Evaluate learner performance and provide structured feedback

Mandatory Skills & Experience (Experienced Professionals Only)

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Financial Modelling, FP&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting

Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, dashboards)

Practical experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Solid understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis

Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (corporate training preferred)

Ability to explain complex financial concepts with real-world examples

Preferred Qualifications

MBA (Finance), CA, CFA (Level I/II/III), or equivalent professional qualification

Prior experience in EdTech, corporate training, or academic institutions

Exposure to industry projects, live case studies, or consulting assignments

Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills

Who Should Not Apply

Freshers or candidates without real-world financial modelling experience

Candidates with purely academic knowledge and no hands-on industry exposure
