Job Purpose



To work on M&A - deal structuring and execution. Coordinate with clients and handle end-to-end execution for M&A/PE (Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity).

Duties and Responsibilities



Build financial models (from scratch) and maintain/update existing models by implementing newly available data Prepare PowerPoint presentations, valuations, financial forecasts, business plans, reports et al to support investment decisions for investors, senior executives, and Board of Directors Prepare Teasers, Pitchbooks/pitch-decks, IM/CIM, BCVPs, SGRM, LoI, MoU/TS, JV agreements and/or any miscellaneous documents, for investment banking (IB) Conduct market research and financial analysis on industry peers, track developments and regulatory changes in the Investment Banking space, across various geographies to provide insights. Participate in teleconferences and meetings with clients/affiliates/forum Companies at all stages from deal origination to deal closure. Work for due diligence, deal negotiation, deal structuring and closure, for driving deals through milestone stages, with a dynamic coordination with internal functions. Direct the work-efforts on multiple projects, negotiate business contracts and develop innovative approaches towards timely delivery and closure Lead deliveries at LoI, MoU, TS, JV/TT/OS milestones and be directly responsible for 50 crore transaction realization, annually, through execution Create and maintain updated databases of Financial Institutions (FIs), Banks, PE Firms and Investors and interact with them for business opportunities

Qualifications



Excellent financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation skills Exceptional presentation and English communication skills (verbal & written) Client interaction skills Problem solving abilities. Strong analytical & interpretation skills

Education/Experience



Postgraduate in Finance (MBA-Finance | CA | CFA), with excellent academic record. Total Experience 3-7 years (Minimum 2 years in similar client-interfacing role, preferred)
