Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
Oversee accounting operations, statutory audits, and financial reporting
Ensure full compliance with taxation, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and financial negotiations
Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team
Candidate Requirements
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) qualification
8-12 years of experience in senior or leadership finance roles
Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
Proven experience handling audits and preparing financial reports
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities
