Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Allocate and manage the financial resources of the institution effectively. Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Prepare, review, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and execute strategies for revenue optimization and cost reduction. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies. Oversee audits and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial institutions. Support financial decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 4-5

years of relevant financial management experience

. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
