Position - Financial Manager & Analyst

Location - Model Colony, Pune

Education - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Experience: 5-10 years in finance roles (preferably in construction or infrastructure industry)

Financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting

ERP/Accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar)

? MS Excel proficiency and analytical tools

? Attention to detail, integrity, and strategic thinking

? Strong communication and stakeholder management

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.

The role ensures profitability tracking, cost control, and financial compliance across multiple infrastructure and construction projects

. ? Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting ? Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts for Impact Infra ? Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and highlight variances

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting ? Conduct profitability analysis and project-wise financial reporting ? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports with insights into cost control, cash flow, and profitability ? Prepare management dashboards, ratio analyses, and financial summaries

3. Cost & Project Management ? Track project billing, revenue, expenses and margins for each site ? Support decision-making through Data analysis & recommendations

4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management ? Manage receivables, payables, and fund flow ? Optimize liquidity across departments and projects

5. Internal Controls & SOPs ? Develop and implement financial procedures and
