Role Overview:

As a key member of the Strategy & Growth team, you will be responsible for building robust financial control systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling scalable financial operations. The role requires deep experience in statutory and internal audits, financial compliance, tax regulation, and process improvements. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, business, and operations teams to uphold financial integrity and implement best-in-class financial governance.###

Preferred Qualifications:

Must Have

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience Proven track record of handling end-to-end statutory, tax, and internal audits. Experience setting up and managing financial controls and policy frameworks. Knowledge of Indian financial regulations Strong accounting and reporting acumen. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Exposure to enterprise risk and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with automation and financial systems implementation. Prior experience supporting board-level financial governance. Familiarity with international compliance frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

Establish, implement and maintain internal financial controls across core financial processes. Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits; coordinate with external & internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely closures. Ensure compliance with requirements of Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, and other related statutes/regulations. Own monthly/annual closing processes including reconciliations, schedules, and reporting. Draft, maintain, and regularly update financial SOPs and process documentation. Drive finance automation projects and cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Develop and implement financial policies (expenses, approvals, reimbursements). Drive revenue reconciliation using technology-enabled systems. Lead AOP planning, budgeting, and quarterly budget reconciliations to ensure financial alignment.
