Financial Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Explain treatment costs, packages, and payment options to patients. Counsel patients on insurance coverage, cashless, and reimbursement process. Coordinate with insurance companies/TPAs for approvals and documentation. Prepare and share billing estimates before procedures. Ensure proper financial documentation and patient consent. Follow up on payments and pending dues. Work closely with billing and front office teams.

Eligibility:

Graduate in Any discipline. Experience in hospital billing, insurance desk, or financial counselling preferably in Ophthalmology services. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to relocate if required.
