Key Responsibilities
Provide clear and accurate cost estimates for treatments and procedures.

Assist with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and cashless process.
Coordinate with TPA/insurance teams for approvals and documentation.
Guide patients on financial assistance schemes and payment plans.
Verify patient documents and maintain accurate financial records.
Address billing queries and support the discharge billing process.
Liaise with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for billing clarifications.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Finance, Business Administration
, or related field.
1-3 years
experience in hospital billing, insurance, or financial counselling.
Strong knowledge of medical billing and TPA processes.
Proficient in MS Office and hospital billing software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer care skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle pressure.
