Assist patients in understanding estimated treatment costs and billing structures
Support financial counselling related to insurance, cash packages, and payment options
Coordinate with billing, insurance, and clinical departments for cost clarification
Help patients complete required financial and insurance documentation
Explain hospital policies related to deposits, refunds, and payment timelines
Maintain accurate patient financial records and confidentiality
Escalate complex financial cases to senior counsellors
Learn and comply with hospital financial policies and regulatory guidelines
Provide courteous and empathetic service to patients and attendants
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / BBA / B.A preferred)
Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year experience may apply
