About the Role:



Join our compassionate IVF Hospital team! As a Financial Counselor, you will guide patients through:

IVF treatment costs & packages

Insurance benefits & claim assistance

Pyment plans & financing options


Ensure patients have a stress-free and transparent financial experience while pursuing their dream of parenthood.

Key Responsibilities

:

Counsel patients on treatment costs & packages

Verify and explain insurance coverage; assist with claims

Arrange payment plans & financing options

Coordinate between patients, hospital billing & insurance providers

Provide empathetic financial guidance


Qalifications:



Bachelor's in Finance, Commerce, or Healthcare Management

3-5 years' experience in hospital finance, billing, or counseling (IVF/fertility preferred)

Excellent communication, patient-handling & problem-solving skills


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
