Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Counsellor to guide patients and attendants on treatment costs, billing, and payment processes. The role involves managing collections, coordinating with clinical teams, and ensuring a smooth financial experience for patients while maintaining hospital billing standards and turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel patients and attendants on treatment costs, daily expenses, and billing details Ensure day-to-day billing and collections for admissions, surgeries, and procedures Collect advance payments and follow up on pending dues Conduct daily floor visits and patient rounds to resolve billing queries Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for accurate billing Handle emergency admission billing and financial analysis Ensure timely discharge clearance with minimal outstanding dues Escalate billing-related issues to management within defined TAT

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

MBA - Finance ( Mandatory)

Experience:

0-2 years in hospital billing, finance, or healthcare administration preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
