Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Female Financial Counselor

with excellent communication and counseling skills to guide patients through treatment costs, payment plans, and financial options. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of

IVF treatments

and

patient care

. A polite, professional, and empathetic approach toward patients is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel patients regarding

treatment packages, financial options, and billing procedures

. Provide

cost estimates

and assist with

payment plans or EMI options

. Coordinate with the

accounts, reception, and medical teams

to ensure a smooth process. Maintain accurate

financial and counseling records

. Handle patient queries with

clarity, patience, and professionalism

. Ensure high standards of

hospitality and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

Only

Female candidates

may apply. Minimum

5 years of experience

in hospital billing, financial counseling, or customer service. Strong

communication skills

in Hindi and basic English. Knowledge of

IVF or fertility treatments

preferred. Pleasant personality and

patient-centric attitude

. Basic computer and data entry skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
