Job Description


Greenzo Energy India Limited is seeking a dedicated Financial Controlling Officer (FCO) to join our team. The FCO will be responsible for overseeing strategic financial planning, fundraising (debt & equity), investor & stakeholder management, financial modelling & forecasting, cost control & analysis, regulatory compliance, leadership & team management, and banking and treasury operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the company's growth objectives.
Lead fundraising efforts including debt and equity financing.
Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Conduct financial modelling and forecasting to support decision-making processes.
Analyze costs and identify areas for cost control and optimization.
Prepare & monitor Budgets accross departments and Projects.
Oversee Financial aspects of Inventory control and valuation.
Act as the single point of contact for all Banking activities, including negotiations, documentations and compliance.
Manage credit lines, term loans and working capital requirements with Banks and NBFCs.
Develop & maintain robust Financial Models for renewable energy projects (Solar, Hydrogen, etc).
Evaluate ROI and Payback periods for prospective and ongoing projects.
Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements including ROC Filings, GST, TDS, Income Tax and Company Law Requirements.
Coordinate with Auditors, tax Consultants & Legal Advisors for Audit and Compliance matters.
Maintain Internal Controls and Policies aligned with best Financial Practices.
Ensure Variance Analysis and Reporting to Management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Provide effective leadership and manage a team of finance professionals.
Oversee banking and treasury operations to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
Qualifications
CA or MBA Finance with vast Experience into Manufacturing Industry
Proven experience in financial management, controlling, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and reporting standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in banking operations and treasury management.
