We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Strategy xefx82xb7 Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize business growth and profitability. xefx82xb7 Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. xefx82xb7 Provide strategic financial insights to leadership for decision-making.2. Financial Control & Compliance xefx82xb7 Oversee and be hands-on on financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, FEMA, CST, etc.). xefx82xb7 Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax filings in coordination with auditors and consultants. xefx82xb7 Ensure timely and accurate VAT filings and adherence to local and international tax laws.3. Accounting & Reporting xefx82xb7 Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and reconciliations. xefx82xb7 Monitor and optimize working capital, receivables, and payables. xefx82xb7 Implement strong financial governance and internal control measures.4. Cost & Risk Management xefx82xb7 Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. xefx82xb7 Optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiencies. xefx82xb7 Monitor cash flow and liquidity management to ensure financial stability.5. Business Partnering & Decision Support xefx82xb7 Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to align financial and operational goals. xefx82xb7 Support financial negotiations, investment planning, and business expansion strategies. xefx82xb7 Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis for business decisions.6. Team Leadership & Systems Improvement xefx82xb7 Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. xefx82xb7 Enhance financial systems, automation, and ERP implementation for improved efficiency. xefx82xb7 Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: CA / MBA in Finance / CFA / CPA or equivalent qualification. Experience: 15+ years in financial management, controlling, or leadership roles. Expertise: xefx82xb7 Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial regulations. xefx82xb7 Hands-on experience with financial reporting, P&L management, and compliance. xefx82xb7 Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel. xefx82xb7 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. xefx82xb7 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. xefx82xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
