Manage all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and taxation.
Review, cross-check, and approve monthly salary details and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
? Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
? Coordinate and direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
? Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance using KPIs and dashboards.
? Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.).
? Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.
? Develop and implement internal control systems and financial policies.
? Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities. ? Review capital expenditures, working capital, and cash flow management.
? Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient operations.
? Provide strategic financial input to senior management for business growth and risk mitigation.
? Assist in ERP system implementation, upgrades, and automation of financial processes.
? Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
? Strong leadership capabilities to guide finance teams and collaborate with senior management.
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms
Experience: Min 7-10 years
Salary: 35000-45000 Plus food and Accommodation
