JOB DESCRIPTION - Finance Controller

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Financial Accounting & Control

? Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. ? Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. ? Coordinate with Internal / external auditors for audits and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements. ? Design, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets. ? Ensure efficient management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital. ? Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and regulatory requirements. ? Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software. ? Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. ? Ensure data integrity and security within financial systems. Partner with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies. ? Provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. ? Participate in strategic initiatives and projects, offering financial expertise.
People Management

? Manage the performance of the team - set annual performance goals, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance. ? Identify their training and development needs and ensure their fulfilment ? Develop and mentor subordinates to move to the next higher level of job through career planning ? Ensure compliance to Company policies and values

Pay: ?252,420.00 - ?261,435.00 per month
