As a Financial Controller in our Asset Management team, you will be working closely with the Fund controller\'s team - Asia Real Estate and responsible for delivering on the specific tasks and reporting requirements of the Funds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quarter end property financial statements review, GAAP adjustments, variance analysis, asset and debt appraisals.
• Review of Fund financial Statements, NAV pricing and m anagement and incentive fee workings.
• Calculate Investment level NAV\'s and IRR\'s and Financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Analysis of financial statements and other financial reports of investments to determine reasonability, accuracy and completeness
• Yearly budget review, approvals and creation of budget templates.
• Review of client allocations, client returns and Investor Capital calls and Distributions
• Provide requisite financial information to auditors, s upport senior level Financial Controllers/Portfolio Managers onshore and c ommunicate with various external parties and take ownership of the review of business-critical financial numbers received.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA with 7 - 10 years of experience in Fund accounting/Financial Reporting and knowledge of the IFRS reporting.
• Understanding of the Real Estate / Private Equity Fund structures and operating models and accounting concepts like Deferred Tax & Impairment
• Experience in review of Financial statements and Variance analysis
• Good analytical skills
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely

• Self-starter able to prioritize key tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work independently
