CA (Chartered Accountant) with 5-6 years experience , preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or project finance .Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Ind AS?o Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects?o Cash flow management and fund planning, including loan drawdowns and repayments?o Compliance with Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax filings)?o Coordination with statutory auditors, tax auditors, and internal auditors?o Project cost tracking, profitability analysis, and MIS reporting to management?o Ensuring adherence to internal controls and accounting standards?o Support in fundraising, banking documentation, and financial negotiations
