We are seeking a motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Resource Center - Principal - Financial Controller. What You'll Do...

Financial Controlling for Asia / Europe/ US region. Prepare & submit monthly management report with Variance analysis & Forecasting to top management. Manage month-end closing activities, including preparation of accruals, Intercompany Recharges, prepaid schedule, provisions, adjustments, entries & Record to Report (RTR) processes. Revenue and expense verification. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Provide Support to local tax team for compliances. Co-ordinate with Local Country General Manager. Annually budget preparation & Audit assistant to Auditors after year end. Ensure company compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Reviewing the work related to Accounts Payable, Bank, payment schedule and bank entries, Intercompany transactions. Identify scope for improvement in R2R and presentation of MIS. Preparing ad-hoc report as per stakeholder's demand and other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need...

Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, Finance, CA-inter, pursuing ACCA or related field. 4+ years of experience in RTR/FP&A domain. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with an initiative-taking approach to problem-solving. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Eagerness to learn and grow in a challenging environment. Having proficiency in MS Excel is regarded as an additional advantage. Must be willing to work in all shifts.
