Standard duties such as closing the books and regulatory compliance, balanced by supporting company strategy, together with the CFO update of finance technology helps a controller be successful To create reports and analysis that support strategic business decisions To draw policies and procedures that makes the entire organization to follow. To take ownership of the internal process of generating accurate and timely financial statements. to focus on ledgers, internal controls, systems and expense management. To have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To provide the right information at the right time to support business execution Ensuring invoices/bills/are properly approved and recorded in the books. To monitor and balancing cash flows To coordinate with external financial, compliance and tax auditors. To create and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud. Identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business. Create budgets with ownership and manage budgets to ensure fiscal health and responsibility Preparation of construction contract schedules. Scrutiny of BOQ's and cost estimation Perform due diligence and create projections with different scenarios on project growth Prepare the annual financial budget and update the forecasts on a quarterly basis. Analyze costs related to the projects, including materials, labor, and overhead. Implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget. A link to project procurement, contract management, planning, engineering, controlling and accounting.
