Job Description

Organisation is Leading EOT Crane Manufacturing Industry located at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

Required Education :

M.Com or MBA in Finance or Inter CA with min 8 to 10 Years Experience as Financial Controller or Finance Managerial Profile in any Manufacturing Industry.

Banking Operations:



Prepare and submit documentation for Bill of Entry, Import/Export Remittances, and Bank Guarantees (issuance, cancellation, and extension). Coordinate with the bank for all related banking transactions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Prepare and submit documentation for Letters of Credit (LC) for both inland and export transactions. Review and manage credit limits, including preparing documentation for credit limit enhancement requests. Prepare and maintain monthly stock statements for financial reporting.

Accounts Payable (AP) Management:



Review and manage aged creditor accounts on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and timely settlements. Perform vendor ledger reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are promptly addressed. Respond to and resolve supplier queries, maintaining positive supplier relationships and streamlining payment processes.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:



Prepare daily collection reports and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and minimize overdue balances. Review and manage aged debtor accounts on a weekly basis to ensure prompt action on outstanding balances.

Compliance & Reporting:



Prepare and maintain the CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) value report for financial tracking and management. Prepare and file monthly TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns, ensuring proper compliance with statutory regulations. Perform monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings; reconcile GSTR-2A with Books of Accounts for GST compliance. Prepare and submit MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) returns bi-annually as per statutory requirements.

Financial Reporting:



Prepare and present MIS (Management Information System) reports to senior management, ensuring accurate financial insights for decision-making. Finalize monthly accounts by preparing the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Maintain comprehensive project-wise costing reports, tracking expenses, budgets, and profitability for individual projects.

Audit & Internal Coordination:



Liaise with internal and statutory auditors, providing them with timely and accurate information as requested for audit purposes. Ensure all accounting processes and documentation meet audit requirements and complete with financial regulations. Prepare Report as per Requirements of Management. Comparison of BOM V/S Actual Consumption
