Hi All,Key Responsibilities: * Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analysis to the Board of Directors and executive management team.
Develop annual budget, financial forecasts, and long term financial plans.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Financial Management:
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
Monitor expenses, optimize costs, and improve financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax planning.
Risk Management:
Identify and manage financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and operational risks.
Implement effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Investment and Fundraising:
Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to the executive team.
Oversee fundraising initiatives, including equity, debt financing, and banker relations.
Corporate Governance:
Ensure compliance with corporate governance best practices and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
Capital Management:
Capital Allocation: Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and capital structure.
Fundraising and Financing: Manage debt, equity, and other financing activities.
Initial Public Offering (IPO) Management:
Spearhead the preparation and execution of the company's IPO.
Collaborate with investment banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful IPO process.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage investor relations post-IPO.
Qualification and experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience band 18 years to 20 years of progressive financial experience, including a significant leadership role within construction/ project execution industry
Skill set:
Proficient in SAP with extensive experience in its application within the finance department
Proven experience in managing IPOs and public company financial operations.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
