About the Role:


We are looking for a highly skilled

Financial Controller

to manage and oversee accounting, payroll, compliance, and reporting functions. The role involves setting up robust processes, internal controls, and ensuring statutory compliance while enabling effective decision-making for management.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting & Finance:



Set up and maintain accounting processes, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. Maintain chart of accounts, ledgers, and asset files. Handle primary accounting processes including purchasing, revenue accounting, billing, receivables, payroll, and other expense accounting. Monitor day books, verify invoices, GRN/service receipts, and authorize payments. Manage bank accounts, reconciliations, and receivables/payables. Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet), including forex gains/losses. Implement cost management strategies and optimize working capital.

Payroll Management:



Process payroll, prepare salary registers, TDS computation, and generate Form 16 for employees. Address employee queries related to payroll and reimbursements. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).

Compliance & Taxation:



Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Maintain labour law compliance (ESI, PF, Professional Tax). Oversee secretarial compliance including board meetings, AGMs, EGMs, filings, and statutory registers. Manage EXIM and EPR compliance as applicable. Liaison with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Reporting & MIS:



Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Generate management information systems (MIS) for decision-making and strategic planning. Conduct budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost optimization.

Team Management:



Lead, train, and develop finance and accounts team. Drive talent acquisition, retention, and process efficiency.

ERP & Process Implementation:



Implement and manage ERP systems including document management. Design cost control strategies and evaluate capital structure, ROI, and investments.

KPIs:



Timely implementation of roadmap. No statutory penalties or account freezes. Accurate financial reporting and optimized working capital.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong accounting, finance, and payroll knowledge. Hands-on experience with statutory compliance and tax filings. Expertise in budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. ERP implementation and process improvement experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
