Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Financial Controller

with a

CA qualification

and

12-15 years of experience

to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing

financial planning, reporting, compliance, risk management, and internal controls

while supporting business decision-making at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reporting:

Manage

financial statements

, including

P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports

. Develop and monitor

annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models

. Conduct

variance analysis

and provide strategic financial insights. Ensure compliance with

IND AS, IFRS, and GAAP

accounting standards.

Compliance, Audit & Risk Management:

Oversee

statutory compliance, tax planning (GST, TDS, corporate tax), and financial regulations

. Ensure timely and accurate

filing of tax returns and statutory payments

. Coordinate

internal and external audits

and implement risk mitigation strategies. Strengthen

internal controls

to prevent fraud and financial discrepancies.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

Monitor

cash flow, working capital, and fund management

. Manage relationships with

banks, financial institutions, and investors

. Optimize

debt financing and credit management strategies

.

Operational & Strategic Finance:

Implement

cost optimization and financial efficiency strategies

. Support

business expansion, M&A activities, and investment decisions

. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to drive financial performance. Implement

automation and process improvements

for financial reporting.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop the

finance and accounting team

. Collaborate with senior management for

business strategy and financial planning

. Act as a key financial advisor to the

CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors

.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

12-15 years of experience in

financial management, reporting, and compliance

.
Strong knowledge of

taxation (GST, TDS), IND AS, IFRS, and audit processes

.
Hands-on experience in

budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

.
Expertise in

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)

and financial automation.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Experience in

cost control, risk management, and process optimization

.
Ability to work in a

fast-paced, dynamic business environment

.
