About the job We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to manage the development, production, and promotion of digital and print marketing and investment content for State Street Global Advisors. You are a self-starter who enjoys collaborating across different groups. You have strong communication, editing, and proofreading skills excel at project management enjoy learning new things have a keen eye for details and proactively look for ways to make things work better. As Content Marketing Specialist, you will: Edit, review, and proof financial content. Write short-form copy, including social media posts and emails. Manage the production workflow for the content team. Co-manage the content production calendar, tracking and reporting on the status of content marketing projects. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on reviews to ensure content is appropriate for the intended audience and approved for use. Work closely with design, production, publishing, and email marketing teams to ensure the successful distribution of content across multiple channels, from the website and Seismic to social media and email. Help measure the success of content via collection and analysis of performance and engagement data. Make recommendations on how to optimize performance. These Skills Will Help You Succeed In This Role Bachelor\'s degree preferably with major in marketing or communications-related field 2-4 years of relevant content, marketing or communications experience financial services experience a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering projects in scope and on time Experience writing short-form copy Basic-to-intermediate excel skills Experience in a regulated industry desired, i.e., working with compliance/legal teams
