Have experience in working in Financial Services industry for 8-10 years. . Have good functional knowledge of financial products e.g., CC Issuance, Insurance, Lending . Have experience in building new products and offering within financial services industry . Aware of regulation and compliance set by statutory bodies. Certifications preferred . Have experience in working with IT team to conceptualize, design. test and productionise new financial services products . Have experience in defining business KPIs with operations team for effective monitoring. . Have experience in reviewing functional design from the product team from operational and supportability viewpoint
