Job Title: Finance Auditor

Location: Goa (with travel to Karnataka, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Himachal Pradesh)

We're seeking a seasoned Finance Auditor to join our team at a luxury hotel in Goa. As a Finance Auditor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and compliance of our hotel operations. You'll conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial audits of hotel operations, including revenue management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

- Analyze financial statements and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessment and control evaluation

- Collaborate with hotel management to implement audit recommendations and ensure compliance

- Travel to other hotel locations in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Jaipur, and Himachal Pradesh for audit purposes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Professional certification (CA, CMA, or CPA) preferred

- Proven experience in financial auditing, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel extensively to other hotel locations
