Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst/Associate with 3-5 years of relevant work experience at a larger organization like Accenture, KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, etc.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating high-impact presentations, designing financial materials, and using data visualization tools. Experience in working with financial matrices, data sets, and infographics, along with adaptability to AI tools, is essential.
Axria is a vertically integrated real estate development firm headquartered in Piscataway, NJ. The firm has completed over $1bn in development, 100+ projects and has decades of experience in development across the Mid-Atlantic Region. You will join a vibrant team of over a 100 people working across the real estate development spectrum. The role will be fully remote with occasional trips and conferences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and design visually compelling internal presentations and financial materials for senior leadership and stakeholders
Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports, charts, dashboards, and infographics
Create and work with financial matrices, models, and data frameworks for business insights
Adapt to and utilize AI-powered tools for financial analysis, reporting, and presentation enhancement
Maintain accuracy and consistency in all financial reports and dashboards
Present insights in a clear and engaging manner to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a financial analysis or strategy role in Banking, Consulting, or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong command of financial modeling, data interpretation, and forecasting
Experience in designing and working with matrices, large data sets, and visual storytelling
Ability to produce clean, professional presentation decks for internal use
Familiarity with or openness to learning AI tools for financial analysis and productivity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work US hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Preferred:
Real estate experience, although not a requirement
MBA in Finance or a related field
Experience working in a strategy or FP&A role within a corporate or consulting environment
Exposure to automation tools or AI-driven platforms used in finance and reporting
work experience at a larger organization like Accenture, KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, etc.
