Job Title: Financial and Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Financial and Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This role combines strategic planning, financial management, and oversight of core operational functions to support sustainable business growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., taxation, audits).
Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative, HR, and logistical operations.
Design and implement operational systems, processes, and policies.
Ensure optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across departments.
Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
Team Leadership & Strategy
Supervise finance and operations teams; mentor junior staff.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business initiatives.
Support business development and expansion decisions with financial insights.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications (optional)
3-5 years of proven experience in financial and/or operations management roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
Expert in excel (must have)
Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage cross-functional teams.
