Financial Analyst-Finance Global Operations Description - Job Summary
This role is responsible for conducting moderately complex financial analysis tailored to specific functions or business units, offering crucial analytics to drive key decision making. The role ensures adherence to reporting standards, collaborates with department heads on budgets and long-term plans, and produces regular and ad-hoc financial reports for stakeholders. The role also fosters a knowledge management culture, utilizing expertise to address diverse challenges within the framework of company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data (TB, B/S & Operational data), identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations finance initiatives and operational efficiency. Automate data workflows and financial models Support process improvement initiatives and projects with scenario building. Ensure compliance with internal & SOX controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies. Required Skills & Experience Deep expertise in finance operations, Record to Report, Accounts Receivables & Procure to Pay Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI & Power query, Highly skilled in US GAAP & IFRS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Hands on experience in SAP. Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 8-12 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
