Do you have what it takes?

• Good understanding of Balance Sheet formats, structures, and terms including schedules and notes to accounts.
• This person should have strong data analysis skills including balance sheet analysis and P&L analysis, and a basic understanding of key metrics and ratios related to the operation of a business \xe2\x80\x93 liquidity, activity, leverage, etc.
• A keen eye on numbers being out of place in any of the financial statements or analysis templates.
• Should have effective communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 oral and written.
• High levels of concentration while dealing with large amounts of data. An ability to prioritize tasks.
• Has strong customer orientation and is able to manage objections from customers methodically and politely.
• Basic knowledge of banking products such as working capital/term loans/OD purchase financing/sales invoice discounting etc.

How can you contribute to our success?

• Review the data and documents coming from the customers, data, and reports generated by the system, and check whether the computations are correct by calculating the key metrics, ratios, and indices.
• Present his analysis, findings, and supporting data/documents (as maker) to the Sr Financial Analyst (checker) to make sure the data is flawless before it can be sent to the lenders.
• Share the loan application with the right data to lenders basis the guidelines provided.
• Responsible for checking the correctness of financial data flowing in from various sources including the customer and other sources.
• Verification of the quality and appropriateness of the documents submitted by the customer.
• Work on the feedback received from the senior analyst.
• Ensure feedback is provided to the product team periodically to drive improvements in the processes being followed.
• Central point of contact leading to the coordination of communication that takes place with the customers as well as the lenders. This might involve suggesting changes/corrections to the applicants and reasons for rejection, wherever applicable.
• Review and solve customer complaints that may come up during an application for a loan.
