Responsibilities

• Conducting financial analysis and drive process improvements.
• Preparing financial reports and forecasts.
• Performing variance analysis and provide insights to management.
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Supporting ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• CA/CPA/MBA/MMS background is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
