Job Summary:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and market trends Prepare financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis reports Support budgeting and planning processes across departments Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key business KPIs Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and risk assessments Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting and insights Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2-3 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a financial services company Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) CFA Level 1 or progress toward certification is a plus
