Position: Finance Analyst (Trainee)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst (Trainee) who will support our finance manager in preparing workings for US regulatory reports, financial statements and related reports. The candidate should have a commerce background, strong practical knowledge of Excel, and a keen interest in learning real-world finance processes in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of workings for US Regulatory Reports and Financial Statements.

Support reconciliation of financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Work on Excel-based financial models, MIS reports, and analysis.

Maintain proper records of financial workings for audit and compliance.

Assist in day-to-day finance activities and documentation.

Learn and apply practical finance knowledge relevant to the banking and financial services industry.

Key Requirements

Educational Background:

Minimum: 12th Commerce cleared.

Currently pursuing graduation in commerce (B.Com, BAF, BMS, etc.).

Technical Skills:

Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, conditional formatting).

Practical Excel knowledge preferred (hands-on working with large datasets).

Basic understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements.

Soft Skills:

Eagerness to learn practical finance applications in the banking sector.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under guidance and meet timelines.
