Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare, analyze, and review
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
.
Analyze
Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements
.
Identify financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide actionable insights to management for cost control and profitability improvement.
Business Planning & Budgeting
Prepare
annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts
.
Conduct variance analysis between actuals vs budget and forecast.
Support strategic planning and long-term financial modeling.
Project & Feasibility Reports
Prepare
project reports, DPRs, and feasibility studies
.
Evaluate project viability using IRR, NPV, Payback Period, and ROI.
Assist in financial structuring, funding analysis, and working capital assessment.
Statutory & Compliance (CA Role)
Ensure compliance with
Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS)
and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Support taxation matters (direct & indirect) and audit documentation.
Management & MIS Reporting
Develop and maintain
MIS dashboards and management reports
.
Present financial performance summaries to senior management.
Support decision-making with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
financial statements, accounting principles, and analysis
.
Expertise in
business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
.
Experience in
project reports and financial modeling
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Zoho preferred).
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

3+ years of post-qualification experience
