Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for integrating, managing, and analysing financial data between client ERP systems (primarily QuickBooks Online) and Reach Reporting. The role involves preparing accurate financial reports and dashboards, maintaining data consistency, and implementing client-specific updates.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate and sync financial data from client ERP systems (especially QuickBooks Online) to Reach Reporting Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using standard or customized templates Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across platforms Implement report/dashboard updates based on client requirements Work closely with clients to understand their reporting needs and deliver timely results Troubleshoot integration issues between ERP and reporting tools Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial data security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)Experience with financial reporting tools (Reach Reporting preferred)Strong knowledge of financial statements and reporting principles Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP integrations and automation tools Advanced Excel skills and data visualization knowledge Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
