Today, NHPL has close to 9000 employees consisting of Pharmacists, scientists, doctors, chemists, statisticians, marketers, and top-drawer finance professionals working for in all functions ranging from research and development of drugs in multiple geographies to driving their commercialization all based out of Hyderabad. This is a mid-level role responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. This role will work closely with the finance team and other teams to ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals and objectives. This position will be responsible for analysing financial data, developing financial models, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. The role is based out of Hyderabad, supporting Novartis global entities by way of the following Your responsibilities include but not limited to: . Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present findings to senior leadership. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and forecasting. . Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives. . Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring that financial projections are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. . Support financial projects, including process improvements and system implementations. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. . Support Planning (Budget, Latest Forecast, StratPlan) and Reporting for specific business units with strong focus on quality and accuracy of reported numbers . Provide meaningful decision support for various operational projects. Enable and assist in productivity & offshoring/outsourcing Initiatives for specific business units . Continue supporting AI driven disruption to Planning process. Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: . Chartered Accountant / CPA / Post Graduate university Degree in Finance or MBA, or Equivalent . Business English (written and spoken) . Good Presentation and Communication Skills .
