About the team:

Paytm is witnessing a broad growth across our platform as we continue to register increased adoption of our lending products, Paytm Postpaid (BNPL), merchant loans and personal loans. Lending business is driven by data science and analytics, providing data driven solutions

About the role:

Evangelize and demonstrate value and impact of analytics for informed business decision making by developing and deploying analytical solutions and providing data driven insights to business stakeholders to understand and solve for various lending business nuances.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.

2. Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis

3. Oversee financial functions such as cost control and project control

4. Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities and financial statements, etc.

5. Analyze current and past financial data and performance.

6. Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

7. Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts

8. Provide financial models and forecasting

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. CA with 6-10 years of experience

2. Process Compliance & Audit Management

2. Responsible for managing Finance processes and ensuring it compliances as per defined policies/guidelines through periodical internal audits (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)

4. Co-ordinating with internal & external stakeholders for collecting and collating data/documents required for internal / external functional audits

5. Experience of executing core Finance & engagement processes while leading/ working with a team

6. Good analytical and numerical ability

7. Expertise on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

8. SAP and any ERP tool experience is mandatory.
