AV Universal Corp is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Finance Analyst
to support financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis across multiple sales channels and business units. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and decision-making support while working closely with accounting, operations, and management teams.
, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Perform
variance analysis
against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
Create
retailer-wise and channel-wise P&L analysis
(Amazon, Shopify, Nordstrom, Macy's, etc.).
Assist in preparing
management reports and dashboards
for leadership review.
Accounting & Reconciliations
Review and reconcile
AR, AP, and Inventory reports
.
Monitor and analyze
unallocated orders, inventory discrepancies, and warehouse reports
.
Support
QuickBooks
activities including reconciliations and financial reviews.
Ensure accuracy of financial data across internal systems and third-party platforms.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in developing
annual budgets and rolling forecasts
.
Track actual performance against budget and highlight risks or opportunities.
Support cash flow planning and working capital analysis.
Operational & Ad-hoc Analysis
Analyze operational costs including warehousing, logistics, chargebacks, and returns.
Support seasonal initiatives such as
retailer launches, VLL creation, and pricing analysis
.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.
Audit & Compliance Support
Assist with
external audits
, lender requests, and financial confirmations.
Ensure proper documentation and timely responses to audit and compliance inquiries.
Support tax-related data preparation when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
