Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Collect and recover customer receivables and debt.
xc2xb7 Accurately and timely code and record cash receipts into accounting system.
xc2xb7 Ensure cash collection activities meet the requirements of the customers by reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection.
xc2xb7 Investigate and resolve problems related to cash applications and coordination with the customers on timely basis.
xc2xb7 Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording Accounts receivable data.
xc2xb7 Reconcile the accounts receivables ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
xc2xb7 Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling customer accounts and monthly customer statements.
xc2xb7 Generate and publish reports detailing accounts receivables ageing, its analysis and action plans.
xc2xb7 Understand income accounts and cost centers mapping.
xc2xb7 Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes, with regard to local tax requirements, Banking requirements etc.
xc2xb7 Drive targeted SLA and accomplish on daily basis.

Experience
xc2xb7 Bachelors degree with minimum 2+ years of work experience specifically in handling O2C
xc2xb7 Working knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint
Required Education
xc2xb7Bachelors degree in commerce
