Job Description


Assist FP&A team with preparation of headcount and compensation for annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans . Partner with Talent and Accounting team to understand potential compensation and benefits changes and make recommendations related to the impact on monthly forecasts and annual budgets . Establish monthly reconciliations of global headcount and compensation data to ensure all systems of record are reflected properly . Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations for the board of directors . Establish business partner relationships with key business contacts to ensure headcount alignment with current and future organization goals . Perform ad hoc comp and headcount analysis as needed for upper management . Responsible for Global headcount and compensation reporting and trend analysis on weekly / monthly basis . Responsible for monthly tracking and reporting of all management adjustments (pro forma savings, one-time expenses, etc.) . Analyze historical headcount and compensation expense trends to assist with budgeting and forecasting . Act as a liaison between Talent, Accounting and FP&A to identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes, and propose improvements to streamline the collection, use, and presentation of data . Professional qualification such as CA or CPA or CFA or MBA in Finance . 0 -2 year(s) of relevant experience . Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
