We are looking for a finance professional with experience in
Debt Syndication and Construction Finance
to work with real estate developers. The role involves raising construction finance by coordinating with
banks, NBFCs, credit funds, and financial institutions
, and managing transactions from start to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and execute debt syndication transactions for real estate and construction projects
Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and project feasibility notes
Build financial models and analyze project cash flows
Coordinate pre- and post-sanction processes including appraisal and documentation
Liaise with banks, NBFCs, credit funds, and other stakeholders
Work closely with developers to understand funding requirements
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Debt Syndication / Construction Finance / Project Finance (Real Estate)
Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills
Good communication and relationship management abilities
MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent
