About the Role:





As a Financial Analyst (PR1) at Cimpress India, you will play a key role in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This role blends financial planning, analysis, and reporting, requiring you to partner closely with cross-functional teams to interpret performance trends, validate assumptions, and provide actionable recommendations. You will be responsible for delivering accurate forecasts, meaningful variance analysis, and impactful reports for senior leadership, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance data visibility, and optimize business performance. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.


What you will do:




Financial Analysis:




Support monthly and quarterly analysis of business performance for the export services business segments. Assist in preparing variance summaries, trend reports, and key financial insights Partnering with business teams to gather information and validate assumptions

Planning & Forecasting




Contribute to annual budget, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes. Communicating across the global finance organisation and corporate stakeholders teams and consolidating inputs, and ensuring accuracy of assumptions and key business drivers Support process improvements in budgeting and forecasting cycles to improve speed, transparency, and accuracy

KPI & Cost Monitoring




Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics such as cost lines and headcount. Partner with business and finance stakeholders to analyse cost movements and headcount trends, and identify cost optimisation opportunities Work closely with finance partners across the organisation

Tools, Reporting & Automation




Provide reports with the use of financial planning and BI tools (e.g., Looker, SAP, Google Sheets, Onestream) Help automate recurring reports and improve data accuracy Maintain datasets and assist in producing management dashboards Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, economics, or a related field 2-4 years of progressive experience in FP&A is a plus (internships included) Strong understanding of financial statements Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Ability to prioritize and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment Intellectual curiosity and the ability to drive progress independently Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus
