Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Financial Analyst

to support our finance team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial models, and the ability to interpret data to provide meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

financial reports

, dashboards, and summaries for management. Conduct

budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain

financial models

for business planning. Assist in

monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

. Support investment analysis, cost analysis, and profitability studies. Review and interpret

financial statements

. Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting, Economics

, or related field. Strong knowledge of

Excel

, financial modeling, and analysis tools. Basic understanding of

Accounting principles

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines. Experience in financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, or Tally) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

MBA in Finance / CA Inter / CFA Level 1 or above.

Prior experience in a corporate finance or financial planning role.
