Financial Analyst
within our dynamic Accounting & Treasury department, reporting to the Director of FP&A, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategy and achieving our ambitious financial goals.

What You'll Be Doing:
Become a Strategic Partner:
Collaborate closely with operations teams to understand their financial objectives and help them achieve targets outlined in the annual budget and forecasts.
Uncover Opportunities:
Dive into financial results, conduct insightful variance analyses, pinpoint trends, and develop proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build the Narrative:
Design and maintain impactful financial models, insightful reports, and key operational metrics that provide a clear picture of performance.
Communicate with Impact:
Present financial performance updates and prepare comprehensive materials for regular business reviews with functional stakeholders.
Ensure Accuracy and Data Integrity:
Work collaboratively with the accounting team to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.
Embrace New Challenges:
Take on ad-hoc projects and analyses that add significant value to the organization's strategic decision-making.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, providing a strong theoretical foundation.
2-4 years of proven experience in a finance function, demonstrating your ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
A proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
Strong organizational and planning skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and their impact on financial statements.
A natural curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to a dynamic environment.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for digging deep into data, summarizing key findings, and communicating them clearly and concisely.
Experience in cross-functional communication, fostering strong working relationships across departments.
(Preferred) Multiple internships in a financial planning role, showcasing a dedicated interest in FP&A.
(Required) Demonstrated experience in financial performance reporting and analysis.
