Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the CFO in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and key decision-making Handle end-to-end accounting and finance operations for a group of companies Prepare, review, and present Group MIS, consolidated financials, and inter-company reconciliations Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital requirements Monitor costing, margin analysis, profitability, and business performance across units Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and taxation requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and financial consultants Strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks Oversee finalization of accounts, audit closure, and preparation of financial statements Manage payables, receivables, credit control, and ageing analysis Support CAPEX planning, fixed asset management, and depreciation accounting Supervise, guide, and review the work of the accounts and finance team Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and board-level presentations Support management in risk assessment, compliance governance, and financial discipline

Qualification (Mandatory)

CA Inter/CA /CMA/ACCA - Qualified

Experience & Knowledge

Strong expertise in accounting, finance, and statutory compliance Experience in handling

multiple companies / group accounts
