Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Financial Analyst

to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making across the organization. This role will play a critical part in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports, while partnering with business leaders to drive performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Support the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements (MTD & YTD) for assigned Business Units. Develop and maintain Business Unit-wise Income Statements. Generate, analyze, and interpret financial ratio reports. Prepare KPI dashboards, performance metrics, and management reports. Support preparation of P&L, cash flow forecasts, scenario plans, and long-term business plans. Assist in preparing management presentations, financial summaries, and review decks. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all financial and management reports.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting

Support preparation of annual budgets in consultation with Business Unit heads and leadership teams. Assist in preparing budget review decks and executive summaries. Maintain rolling forecasts based on latest performance trends and business insights. Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on deviations and improvement opportunities.
3. Business Partnering

Work closely with Business Unit owners to support strategic and operational decision-making. Assist leadership teams with financial analysis, modelling, and advisory support across Business Units. Support preparation of business cases, investment proposals, pricing analyses, and financial evaluations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost efficiencies, optimize cost structures, and enhance profitability across profit and cost centers.
4. Financial Planning & Projects

Assist in finance-led initiatives and cross-functional projects. Support preparation of MIS reports, executive dashboards, and cash forecasting summaries. Monitor and support capital budgeting activities and effective cash flow planning. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects.
5. Dashboards & Excel Modelling

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and performance trackers. Build robust Excel-based financial models, automated templates, and reporting tools. Support preparation of monthly financial packs, data reconciliation, and assumption validation.
Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

including automation, dashboards, and financial modelling. Strong understanding of

P&L, cash flow statements, budgeting, and forecasting

. Experience with

Power BI

and data visualization tools is mandatory.
Analytical & Business Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Full-time graduation from an accredited university. Professional qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter

. Minimum

5+ years of relevant experience

in financial analysis or related roles. Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance commentary. Excellent reporting and presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
